Luis Fernando Villaça Meyer is an architect and urban planner with a master‘s degree in habitat and human settlements from the School of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of São Paulo, Brazil. He has served as a member of the Urban Policy Council and as public policy coordinator at the Municipal Secretariat of Urban Development of São Paulo. He is the Director of Operations at the Cordial Institute, where he leads projects and initiatives such as the Brazilian Panel on Mobility, the Brazilian Panel on Obesity, and the Brazilian chapter of the Obesity Policy Engagement Network (OPEN).
