JOSE DONATO JUNIOR
Jose Donato Jr. is a Full Professor at the Department of Physiology and Biophysics, Institute of Biomedical Sciences, University of São Paulo, Brazil. He holds a Master‘s and Ph.D. from the University of São Paulo and did his postdoctoral training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Donato investigates how neural circuits that regulate energy and glucose homeostasis are affected by the action of several hormones. He has published over 170 peer-reviewed articles, including over 60 papers as the last/senior author.
