PATRICIA CONSTANTE JAIME
Nutricionista. Professora titular do Departamento de Nutrição da Faculdade de Saúde Pública (FSP) da Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Mestre e Doutora em Saúde Pública. Atualmente é Vice-Diretora da FSP, Coordenadora Científica do Núcleo de Pesquisas Epidemiológicas em Nutrição e Saúde (NUPENS/USP) e da Cátedra Josué de Castro de Sistemas Alimentares Saudáveis e Sustentáveis. Tem experiência no campo da alimentação e nutrição em saúde pública , atuando nos temas: políticas de alimentação e nutrição, ambiente alimentar, educação alimentar e nutricional e atenção primária em saúde. Fez a coordenação técnica do Guia Alimentar para a População Brasileira.
