Nutritionist by the Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosi and Dr. in Public Health Nutrition by Queen Mary University of London in the UK. She has worked at the National Institute of Public Health in Mexico since 2017. Her research included health promotion and dissemination on social media, digital marketing of food and beverages, conflict of interest and strategies to reduce sodium content in pre-packaged foods.
