Atua no terceiro setor desde 1998, coordenando projetos voltados à promoção dos direitos humanos, equidade de gênero, preservação do meio ambiente e saúde pública. Ex-presidente do conselho diretor da Framework Convention Alliance (FCA) e empreendedora social Ashoka. Integrou o Conselho da NCD Alliance entre 2017 e 2021. Membro do Conselho do GAPA - Global Alcohol Policy Alliance. Membro do Conselho do Advocacy Hub, da Catedra Josué de Castro e Conselheira Nacional de Saúde.
