CAROLINA MORAIS ARAUJO
Carolina is an Associate Director at Delivery Associates, advising mayors, philanthropies, government leaders, and nonprofits on delivering concrete results to citizens through better implementation. In her role, Carolina leads multi-country initiatives focused on scaling up urban innovations and evidence-based interventions in multiple sectors, including public health, environment, and economic development.
Carolina has led multiple engagements with local and national governments in 10+ countries in Latin America, supporting them to embed delivery disciplines and build critical capabilities, such as data-driven decision-making. She also co-leads the Latin American and the Caribbean region at Delivery Associates, overseeing a team of +20 consultants in +10 countries.
