01. How do I register for the event?
To participate in the Congress, complete your registration and fill out the form on the website (http://icocongress2024.com) under the REGISTRATION tab. You will receive a confirmation email of your registration.
Payment for your registration should be made in the restricted area (MY LOGIN) using a Credit Card, in a single installment.

02. Will the event be held in person? Is there a possibility to attend it online?
The congress will take place in person, in the city of São Paulo (SP), from June 26 to 29, 2024.
There will be online streaming available. Register.
Access to online live broadcast of the Scientific Sessions of Rooms 1, 2 and 3 (except Satellite Symposia) during the event. All recorded sessions (Activities of the Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 - except Satellite Symposia) which will be available 20 days after the Congress at you restrict area;
The access to recorded scientific sessions will be available until 6 months after the congress (December 31st , 2024).
03. Can I register on-site?
It will be possible to register on-site depending on availability, but please note that the final registration fee (current rate according to the registration table) will be charged, which will be published on-site and will depend on availability. Remember to bring your personal documentation and professional registration, as they may be requested.
04. How should I proceed to request the cancellation and refund of my registration?
The cancellation of your registration should be requested up to 45 days before the start of the event by submitting the Refund Request Form (available on the event website under the REGISTRATION tab) via the following link: https://form.jotform.com/230933709962666.
Participants will be entitled to a partial refund of the paid amount according to the current refund policy table.
05. Who can register as a student?
The discounted registration fee for students is limited to undergraduate students. It will be essential to provide proof of enrollment with the educational institution (enrollment certificate or student ID card front and back) at the time of registration.
06. If I submit an abstract, do I have to attend the Congress?
All scientific papers that have been accepted for Oral Presentation or Poster require the author (who submitted the paper) to attend the Congress to present the work and answer questions.

07. If my paper is accepted, will I receive a certificate?
Yes. An online certificate will be granted for each presented paper, stating the title of the paper and listing the names of all authors registered in the submission.
08. How can I find information on hotels and their rates?

09. How do I obtain my certificate?
A digital certificate will be provided to all participants who attended the event. To print or download the certificate, attendees should access the printing area located on the homepage of the website (CERTIFICATES), enter the registered email, and complete the "Satisfaction Survey."
The certificates will be available on a date to be announced.
Important: Certificates are not directly sent to the attendee's email.
10. Will lunch be provided during the event?
Lunch will not be provided at the event. Each attendee is responsible for their own meals. The Frei Caneca shopping center is located within the complex, easily accessible, and offers various options of cafes, snack bars, and restaurants to cater to the congress's needs, providing space, comfort, and convenience.
