Early Badge Pick-Up at Hotels

For your convenience, badge pick-up stations will be available at select official hotels of the congress.
All pre-registered attendees under the IN-PERSON modality who have completed payment can pick up their badges at the following hotels, dates, and times:

In-Person Registration Fee Includes

- ? IN-PERSON access to all scientific activities and the opening ceremony, subject to room capacity and maximum capacity;
- Access to the exhibition area;
- Satellite symposia
Please note: Restricted Activities: These are activities held under the responsibility of the sponsoring company and follow their respective compliance rules. Access is mostly exclusive to prescribers, exceptions will be informed in the scientific program.
- Event app;
- Access to the LIVE transmission platform of ROOMS 1, 2, and 3 (excluding satellite symposia) during the event period
- Access to the recordings of classes from ROOMS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 (excluding satellite symposia) which will be available in the restricted area of the registrant within 20 days of the end of the event
- The classes will be available for access for 6 months after the event (until December 31, 2024).

Identification Badges

- Attendees can pick up their badges in advance at the designated hotels and event registration during the specified times.
- To register, you must present a valid ID with a photo.
- Badges are personal and non-transferable. You must wear your badge visibly at all times during the congress. Security personnel and receptionists are instructed to check for badges.
- Important: In case of loss, a replacement badge will be issued for an additional fee of R$150.00.

Badge Benefits

ICO Congress attendees can enjoy discounts and special offers at participating shops and food court outlets in the Frei Caneca Convention Center. Look for the "Badge Benefits" sticker on the store window and present your event badge at checkout to redeem your discount or special offer.

Certificates of Attendanc

Certificates of participation will be available online starting July 12th.
To access your certificate, go to https://www.icocongress2024.com and click on "CERTIFICATES". Enter your registered email address and complete the survey. Then, click on "PRINT" to view your certificate.
Important: Certificates will not be sent directly to the attendee's email.

Satellite Symposia

To attend satellite symposia, please visit the sponsor's booth in the exhibition area to collect your admission sticker and ensure access to the room. Please refer to the program for access restrictions.

Simultaneous Translation

Simultaneous translation will be available for all activities except the FLASO Symposium and Satellite Symposia. To access and pick up your headphones, you must present a valid ID or the headphone pick-up card.

Room Capacity

VIn the interest of safety for all participants, the congress will adhere to the capacity limits for each venue. Please note that once the maximum capacity is reached in each room, the event staff may limit or prohibit entry to new attendees. Plan your schedule accordingly!

Regulations for Medical Events

Please be advised that medical scientific events follow the guidelines of the National Agency for Sanitary Surveillance (Anvisa) - RDC 96/08, which regulates advertising, publicity, information, and other practices of dissemination and commercial promotion of medicines. Additionally, this event adheres to the Code of Conduct of Interfarma - the Association of the Research Pharmaceutical Industry.

Important Recommendations

While the event provides efficient security services for attendees and exhibitors, it is important that everyone takes utmost care of their personal belongings. Do not leave briefcases, bags, cell phones, or other personal items in the scientific program rooms, booths, or other high-traffic areas. The congress organization is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of any items. We kindly request that during the congress sessions, cell phones be set to silent mode or turned off.
