(1) Declaration of full membership of the WOF company.
(2) Declaration of full membership of the ABESO company.
(3) Graduate student up to 40 years old. Supporting document: declaration of enrollment in a postgraduate, master's or doctorate program.
(4) Declaration from the counsil/association which is responsible for specialty.
(5) Declaration of enrollment in a college authorized to operate by the competent public authority.
(6) Declaration of full membership of the WOF
(7) Attach a statement from the institution stating that you are completing: official program at a recognized institution, or specialization internship in recognized programs. In both cases, the declarations must contain the start and expected end dates of the Residency.

 

Withdrawal and Refund

• If the participant provides a reason for cancellation, the paid fees will be refunded up to 45 days after the date of the event.
• Refunds will be paid according to the following criteria:

No reason	up to 30 (thirty) days before the beginning of the Congress	50% of the paid fee
Health problems	Up to 5 (five) days before the beginning of the Congress	80% of the paid fee
Double payment	Up to 5 (five) days before the beginning of the Congress	100% of the paid fee
Purchase cancellation	Up to 7 (seven) days after payment	100% of the paid fee
